Afternoon Arrival

  • Check into your historic guest room at The Lodge at Wakulla Springs
  • Settle in, stroll the grounds, or find a seat in the grand lobby to enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and the sound of nature just outside

Evening: All-You-Can-Eat Shrimp Night

  • Head to the Edward Ball Dining Room for the lodge’s signature all-you-can-eat fried shrimp, a Friday favorite
  • After dining, when entering the lobby, look up at the hand-painted ceiling that tells stories of nature, culture, and Florida history in intricate brushstrokes
  • Ask a staff member about the symbolism or try to spot birds, boats, or mythological figures on your own. A book is available for guests to read the stories and history behind it.

After Dinner
