The weekend kicks off with a meet and greet coupled with an art class on May 17th led by Sue Scott. Join us at 6pm for a guided paint class! Cost is $45 and includes all supplies and appetizers. A cash bar will also be available. Space is limited. Please call Sue Scott at 850-688-3727 to sign up!
The craft show, featuring local artists from surrounding counties, will take place on May 18th from 10am to 5pm, selling a variety of goods including home decor, metalwork, jewelry, and more. The event will be accepting vendor applications in March for small businesses who would like to participate.
Additionally, attendees can partake in a silent auction with all supporting the Friends of Wakulla. Make the most of the lodge’s stunning setting and surround yourself with artistry by exploring the Terrace and participating in the silent auction featuring captivating pieces.
The auction will kick off at 10am, concluding with final bids at 4pm, and item pick-up scheduled between 4pm and 5pm, with after-hours collection by arrangement. For those interested in contributing their artworks to the auction, stay tuned for details on submission guidelines to be shared on the website shortly.
Explore Wakulla Springs Park and witness plein air artists capture the essence and beauty of the natural surroundings within the historic park. Artists will be stationed throughout the day, engaging in live painting sessions for visitors to observe. The artworks will be up for auction at a live event scheduled the following day on May 19th.
